Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: From 2:00 PM

• Check-Out: By 12:00 Noon

• Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.

• Discounted or promotional rates may carry different cancellation terms.

Room Occupancy

• Room occupancy must not exceed the designated bed capacity.

• Children under 8 years old stay free when sharing with parents (maximum of 2 children per room).

Breakfast

• Complimentary breakfast is provided for one (1) guest per room.

• Additional guests will be charged accordingly.

Late Check-Out Charges

• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: 50% of the room rate

• After 2:00 PM: Full room rate applies

Lost Key Policy

• A ₦15,000 fee will be charged for lost or unreturned room keys/cards.

Conduct & Security

• Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms.

• Visitors are not allowed beyond 10:00 PM without prior approval.

• The hotel reserves the right to deny admission or service to guests who violate policies or display inappropriate behavior.
